Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We kindly ask that you contact us at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment time, or failure to show up, will result in a $20 charge applied to your deposit. After two missed appointments without notice, we reserve the right to revoke future booking privileges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for choosing to book with us.
